• All copyrights for the artworks belong to the artist (@vin_creat).

• Commissioned works may be used for the artist's personal portfolio or social media.

• Secondary processing (except for simple cropping and adding texts), tracing, retouching, AI training, and commercial use/merchandise production are strictly prohibited.

• Personal use (e.g., profile pictures, banners, or small quantities of personal goods) is allowed. If you have specific dimensions in mind, please consult with me before applying.

• When posting the art on social media, please credit the artist (@vin_creat).

• The artist may post finished works on social media with a signature, crop, or watermark. A +20% fee applies for private requests (no public posting on artist's SNS).

• For commercial use (e.g., book/web novel covers, broadcasting/streaming illustrations, etc.), please contact me separately via email as commercial rates will apply.​

About the Artwork

​

• The default processing style is Random/Surprise Me/Artist's discretion. Specifying a composition, pose, or props will incur a +10% additional fee.

• Revisions will only be made if information provided in the application was omitted.

• I work with rough lines and textures. I do not accept requests for cleaning up the lines, smoothing out surfaces or separated layer delivery.

• I can work on original Characters (OC), Fanart, Dream/Self-inserts, 2D, 2.5D, 3D, and Tracing Templates (only if the original creator permits commission use).

• The artist is not responsible for copyright issues regarding the reference photos or settings provided by the applicant. Please ensure you have the rights to use the materials.

• I tend to adjust colors to match the atmosphere of the piece. If you are very sensitive to a character's specific color palette, please reconsider applying for the colored type.

• I reserve the right to decline any request that is deemed controversial or beyond my capabilities.

Workflow & Payment

​

1. Inquiry: Faster response via Email > DM (Best response time US PST 10AM-10PM).​

2. Fill out and send your commission form (found below).

3. Quote & Payment: PayPal invoice will be sent via email. full upfront payment only.

4. One intermediate check-in after sketch.

5. Final files sent via email upon completion.

• Turnover: Maximum 40 days after payment confirmation (assuming intermediate feedback is received within 24 hours).

• Refunds: Full refunds are only provided if the final work is not delivered within the period without prior notice. Refunds for other reasons are not possible.

• Payment: via PayPal invoice in USD. The listed price already includes transaction fees. International credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal for secure and convenient payment.
